Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment
  • Full payment is due at the time of booking to secure your place on the retreat. If payment is not received at the time of booking, we reserve the right to offer your place to someone else.
  • Payment is accepted via credit or debit card.

2. Cancellations & Refunds
 
  • If you cancel more than [e.g., 30 days] before the retreat start date, we’ll refund any amount paid.
  • Cancellations made within [e.g., 30 days] of the retreat start date are non-refundable, unless we are able to fill your place.
  • You are welcome to transfer your booking to another person — just let us know in advance.

3. Changes or Cancellations by Us
 
  • In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or postpone the retreat (e.g., due to illness, insufficient numbers, or venue issues), you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a future date.
  • We cannot be held responsible for any travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred.

4. Travel & Insurance
 
  • You are responsible for arranging your own travel to and from the venue.
  • We strongly recommend you take out travel insurance to cover unexpected circumstances such as illness, travel disruption, or personal cancellation.

5. Health & Wellbeing
 
  • By booking, you confirm that you are physically and mentally able to participate in retreat activities.
  • Please let us know of any injuries, allergies, or medical conditions in advance.
  • All practices are optional — you are encouraged to listen to your body and take things at your own pace.

6. Liability
 
  • We take every reasonable precaution to ensure your safety during the retreat but cannot be held liable for any loss, injury, or damage incurred during your stay.
  • You are responsible for your own belongings.

7. Venue Terms
 
  • Please respect the rules of the venue and its shared spaces. You may be liable for any damage caused to property or facilities.

8. Code of Conduct
 
  • This retreat is a supportive, inclusive space. We expect all participants to treat each other with kindness and respect. We reserve the right to ask anyone behaving inappropriately to leave the retreat without refund.

9. Photography & Content
 
  • Occasionally, we may take photographs or video during the retreat for future promotional use. We will always ask for your consent.
  • If you prefer not to be included in any images, just let us know when you arrive.
